• Strict Age Limitation: Services are strictly limited to individuals between the ages of 18 and 50. Individuals under 18 or over 50 are entirely ineligible for enrollment.

• Exclusion of High-Risk Factors & Pre-Existing Conditions: We do not accept or treat patients presenting with high-risk clinical pathologies or severe pre-existing illnesses. This includes, but is not limited to, any history or current diagnosis of Cancer, malignant tumors, severe organ failure, or other critical systemic disorders.

• Patient Due Diligence: It is the sole responsibility of the patient to perform proper due diligence before issuing payment. You must review our listed criteria or contact our official support desk to verify if your specific baseline condition falls within our scope of lifestyle management. If intake forms, screening, or consultations reveal that an applicant falls outside the 18-50 age bracket or possesses an excluded pre-existing condition (such as cancer), services will be immediately terminated.

3. Understanding the Limitations of Teleconsultation

By checking the consent box, you explicitly acknowledge and understand that:

1. Online consultation is not always a replacement for in-person medical evaluation.

2. Teleconsultation has inherent physical limitations because the doctor cannot physically examine you, directly check your vitals, perform bedside tests, or assess specific clinical signs that may be crucial for formal medical diagnosis.

3. The doctor may advise an in-person visit, emergency care, specialist referral, laboratory tests, imaging, or hospital admission if required, and may refuse to continue online management if your condition is deemed unsuitable for teleconsultation.

4. Diagnosis and lifestyle advice will be based strictly on the history, symptoms, documents, reports, images, and information provided by you. If you provide incomplete, false, outdated, or misleading information, the quality, efficacy, and safety of the advice will be compromised.

   
   

4. Emergency Disclaimer

Online teleconsultation is strictly not suitable for medical emergencies. In the event of emergency symptoms, you agree to immediately visit the nearest physical emergency department or call local emergency services. Emergency symptoms include, but are not limited to:

• Severe chest pain or breathlessness

• Fainting, loss of consciousness, sudden weakness, facial deviation, or speech difficulty

• Severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, or severe dehydration

5. Mandatory Recording of Consultations & Digital Records

• Compulsory Electronic Recording: For legal compliance, mutual risk mitigation, safety, and quality assurance purposes, every single video call, audio interaction, or digital consultation between the Patient/Client and the Doctor is required to be fully recorded and archived by the Doctor and the clinic's secure database.

• Informed Consent to Recording: By scheduling, paying for, and participating in an online consultation, you grant an absolute, irrevocable consent to the digital electronic recording of your visual, auditory, and written communications during the session.

• Refusal of Consent: Any client who attempts to block, revoke, or restrict recording capabilities will face immediate termination of their session and account access.

• Data Governance and Privacy: These recordings, along with your personal data (name, age, contact details, medical history, lab reports, and payment summaries), are handled with strict professional confidentiality. They are stored securely in compliance with data protection standards and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or explicitly for legal defense and dispute resolution purposes.

  
  

6. Formal Non-Refundable Fee Policy

By executing a financial transaction with Dr. Arim’s Clinic, you firmly acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are final, completely non-refundable, and non-creditable under any circumstances.

A comprehensive restriction on refunds is strictly necessary due to immediate digital capital distribution mechanics. The moment a transaction is initiated by a patient, the paid fees do not remain whole, nor do they transfer entirely to the attending Doctor. Instead, the total capital is systematically split, distributed, and permanently consumed across multiple third-party institutional and regulatory verticals, including:

• Government statutory levies and value-added or service taxes (such as GST/VAT);

• Third-party merchant processing fees and payment gateway operational commissions;

• Digital platform security encryption, licensing, and cloud hosting infrastructure overheads;

• Administrative processing allocations and booking reservation costs.

Because these distributed transaction fees are processed instantaneously and are completely irretrievable by our platform, refunds cannot and will not be authorized for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, patient cancellation, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, or immediate service termination resulting from a failure to satisfy the baseline eligibility criteria (such as being outside the 18-50 age bracket or possessing an excluded condition like cancer).

7. No Guarantee of Cure & Patient Obligations

The Doctor and Dr. Arim’s Clinic do not promise, warrant, or guarantee a "cure", total eradication, weight loss milestones, or permanent disease reversal. • Adherence: Health outcomes depend fundamentally on your consistent compliance, personal discipline, and strict adherence to the agreed-upon diet, workout, and supplementation protocols.
